Pathology supplies

All requestors must e-mail orders to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. using the Stock Order form (downloadable below). Please do not use the generic Pathology email.

Please ensure department, surgery or clinic name and contact number are given.

Trust departments must give at least 24 hours before collecting the order from either the Pathology Dept, Level 6 Tower, RSCH or the Phlebotomy OPD, PRH. If orders are not collected within 48 hours (Mon to Fri) goods may be returned to Pathology stores.

GP surgeries and external clinics will receive their goods via the scheduled courier service.
