24 hour urine collection in acidified container.

Random urine for paediatrics - take to lab immediately for acidification).

Note that a single 24h collection is required; there is no need to do 3x 24h collections.

Referral lab quotes turnaround time of 10 days, however additional time must be allowed for packing, dispatch and delivery of sample, and return and processing of results.
